Quite often, our negative habits are so deep rooted and seated in the subconscious of our mind, that, by the time we would like to address them, they are part and parcel of our system and we have to struggle to overcome. This requires one to go deep into introspection and several auto suggestions to uproot such negative habits.
SatSvayam provides the necessary tools and practices to understand these oneself and how to identify and address what is to be done in order to truly discover the ‘Self’. Additionally, we believe in being able to sustain what you learn with us. Something that you could take back and apply in your daily life, effortlessly. Guided meditation sessions and techniques are one of the ways in which we help people do this. These are tools that a person would be able to apply and continue to practice in their homes.
