Coaching

Coaching refers to the customized and tailor-made programs and modules that we would create, keeping in mind aparticular individual or, a specific group of people with common purpose.The programs would draw inspiration and content from the areas we have mentioned earlier –Tai Chi, Qi gong, Transactional Analysis, Vedic scriptures and, Neuroscience. The goal would be to cater to the specific needs of the ‘client’, be it a single person or a group of people. This would be a wonderful platform for individuals as well as for a group of professionals who want to attain a particular objective.

Coaching refers to many ideas and goals here, such as improving one’s professionalism, problem-solving abilities, stress management, physical health such as posture, stamina, flexibility etc – one or a combination of them.

Few instances of who can approach us for ‘Coaching’ are :

  • A corporate organization that would like its employees to have better communication skills, or one that would like to address the stress that the workers are experiencing, for example, in this Covid-19 environment.
  • An individual who has been diagnosed by a chronic disease and would like to manage the symptoms, like diabetes, hypertension, thyroid issues, cancer, inflammation, arthritis, etc.
  • Families or family members who, in general would like to live healthier and work towards the journey of self-transformation or understanding ‘Self’.
