We at Satsvayam, are trained extensively in the holistic practices, coupled with widespread experience. Our Wellness trainer has his Master’s and Doctorate in Computer Science, Masters in Psychology, and Transactional Analysis with 30+ years of experience in martial arts. He is passionate in Neuroscience and Vedic scriptures and continuously conducts research in these fields. His teacher or, Master in taichi and qigong is honourable Sijo Christopher Fernandes.
